I found a 2007 book by MDA as an Adobe Digital Edition as a local library download and was happy to read it. Searching Amazon for a recent book I was happy to find a 2010 3rd edition, but found it sad that his original authoring partner has passed away. It might be me and my experience, but my opinion was that this 3rd ed. was superior. <br/><br/>I got the Kindle edition so only had to wait a few minutes for it to arrive, if that.
